  • Project Leadership: Provided project management leadership for the Vaccines and Medical Countermeasures team, ensuring delivery and governance.

  • Procurement Delivery: Managed a team of eight procurement specialists through the full procurement and supply cycle, delivering six essential pharmaceutical products for the national stockpile on time.

  • Agility & Resilience: Balanced agility with structure, adapting to rapid changes while safeguarding team wellbeing.

  • Framework Development: Supported the establishment and market engagement for the Medicines, Consumables and Reagents Logistics Framework, introducing a clear communication rhythm to keep stakeholders informed.

  • Collaboration: Built strong cross-organisational relationships to ensure timely approvals and contract countersignatures. Worked closely with Finance to prepare critical financial documents underpinning procurement decisions.

  • Best Practice: Coordinated development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and a lessons learnt document, embedding best practice for future programmes.

  • Governance: Designed reporting arrangements for the Vaccines and Medical Countermeasures team, including high-level reports for the Deputy Director and Senior Responsible Officer (SRO).
